- Outbound calling to customers and providing them with IT support, inventory management, warehouse automation, and other IT solutions.
- Meeting customers face to face and providing correct product information and closing sales.
- Focus on achieving daily sales targets (Individual and team targets)
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from outbound calling activity.
- Provide correct information and make regular follow-ups with the customers.
- Ensure all our customers’ needs are met through professional, high-quality customer service solutions.
- Actively participate in day-to-day activities such as training sessions, mentoring, and developing marketing strategies.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
